Confidentiality:

Everything we discuss in session is confidential with the following exceptions which I am mandated to report:

• Child Abuse

• Elder Abuse

• Dependent Adult Abuse

• Imminent Homicide

Insurance:

• I will provide a monthly statement which you may submit to your insurance.

Cancellations:

• Please cancel appointments 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the regular fee.

Sessions:

• Sessions are 50 minutes in length.
